Description
The sponge isn't always the same. Some cakes rise high, some sink in the middle. If you give everyone the same amount of icing, some slices stay dry while others overflow. By adding more where it's needed, less where it's not- every piece gets the sweetness it deserves. That's the difference between equality and equity. Not same for all, but enough for each.
