I am a South San Francisco-based painter of landscapes, nature, and regional landmarks captured through expressive color and intentional brushwork. Working primarily in acrylics and oils, my artwork focuses on atmospheric light, vibrant palettes, and the unique spirit of the Bay Area. My paintings have been featured in local galleries and regional exhibitions, receiving recognition and awards across San Mateo County.
This painting captures the iconic Palace of Fine Arts in San Francisco, bathed in the soft glow of warm sunlight. I focused heavily on the interplay between the classical architecture and its mirrored reflection across the lagoon's surface. Using rich terracotta and warm ochre tones for the rotunda paired against mint and teal shades in the water and sky, I aimed to capture a tranquil, timeless moment in the city—highlighting how historic structure and natural light harmonize.
