I am a South San Francisco-based acrylic painter who explores themes of nature, culture, and atmospheric light through expressive color theory. My artwork celebrates everyday vibrancy through textured brushstrokes, bold values, and engaging subjects ranging from botanical scenes to regional landscapes. My paintings have been featured in local Bay Area gallery exhibits, cultural showcases, and award-winning exhibitions across San Mateo County.
In this acrylic painting, I wanted to capture the fresh, vibrant essence of a tropical summer harvest. I focused on bold, expressive brushwork and dynamic color contrast—placing sun-ripened mangos, dragon fruit, and a crowning pineapple against a cool, turquoise backdrop. The warm terracottas, golds, and deep pinks reflect the rich, sun-drenched flavors of fresh fruit, bringing a lively energy and warmth to a traditional still-life composition.
